About
HiroNori Craft Ramen was founded by Hiromichi 'Hiro' Igarashi and Tadanori Akasaka, both from Japan, with the Irvine location opening in 2017. Chef Igarashi trained in Japanese ramen tradition before working at Silverlake Ramen, then launched HiroNori as an independent craft concept. The restaurant earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, one of only two ramen spots in the LA/Irvine area to receive the honor.
Why it's on Washoku Guide
  • Michelin Bib Gourmand — one of two Bib-recognized ramen shops in the LA area
