About
Sushi Park has operated at its Sunset Strip address since 2006 under chef-owner Peter Park, who is Korean-American but has practiced Edomae sushi for over three decades. The restaurant operates with no printed menu, no rolls, no sides, and no soy dipping; Park's rigorous adherence to Japanese sushi principles has made it a Michelin-recognized destination and one of LA's most quietly celebrated counters. Park has also consulted for Yves Saint Laurent Paris.
