About
Sushi Kaneyoshi opened in August 2020, the debut solo project of chef Yoshiyuki Inoue, who trained at Sushi Ginza Onodera (two Michelin stars) and Mori Sushi (one Michelin star). The restaurant is in the basement of a Little Tokyo office building, seats twelve, and runs approximately twenty Edomae courses at around $300 per person. It has been Michelin Guide listed since its first year and is consistently ranked among LA's top omakase counters.
