Sushi Inaba opened in 2021 as a private six-seat counter within the I-Naba Restaurant complex in Torrance. Chef Yasuhiro Hirano, who trained in Edomae tradition, offers a meticulously sourced omakase at approximately $280 per person that includes dry-aged fish, mantis shrimp, and A5 Wagyu. The restaurant earned one Michelin star in 2022, making it the first starred restaurant in the South Bay.
