About
Nozawa Bar opened in 2013 as Kazunori Nozawa's prestige omakase concept, honoring the legacy of his original Studio City sushi restaurant (1987–2012). Chef Jay Sada took over the counter in July 2025 from Osamu Fujita, who helmed the room for twelve years. The restaurant has held one Michelin star since 2019 and ranks in the OAD Top 130 North America.
