About
Miyabi Uni opened in 2017 under chefs Isao Minami and Hisao Kasama, both trained in Japan and veterans of the now-closed Maruhide Uni Club (2012–2016). Managing partner Shintaro Yano oversees operations. The menu is anchored by over twenty sea urchin preparations — uni chirashi, oysters, and sashimi — alongside a full Japanese dinner menu.
